At The Ginger Group, we strongly believe that training and education are a crucial pathway to a successful career in the hairdressing industry.

We offer in-house training where stylists of all levels can develop new techniques in cutting, colouring, straightening and extensions.

Our team works closely along side Wella Professionals, keeping us up-to-date with the very latest inspirations, whilst participating in competitions and attending seminars and events.

For Junior Stylists we offer our professional guidance at The Ginger Group training academy, situated in West London.

Starting from the basics, leading on to NVQ Level 3 results for students that express their artistic creativity through their dedication, gives young adults the inspiration and education they need in starting off their careers in hairdressing.
