So if you’re looking for something different to serve, try this! First infuse some fresh ginger with fresh lime, white sugar and rhubarb. You do this by simmering these ingredients together for one hour then straining to produce a succulent syrup. Let it cool before placing in the fridge until your guests arrive. When ready to serve, using a tall glass, fill it with ice, pour in one part of syrup, add a dash of fresh lime juice, two parts of vodka followed by four parts of soda water. Stir well before adding more ice and enjoy.
